Fans: Arctic P Series fans have Audiable Tone Issue at a Certain RPM Range due to design flaw. The tone just a bit louder than 1170 RPM and between 1470 to 1490 RPM.  Other then that, it noise and CFM is almost the same with Noctua but at a much cheaper price.

For Noctua it is to be use for exhaust for it reliability and durability. If money not a issues . all 5 fans will be NF-A14 FLX

Note:

Why i choose this part:

CPU Cooler:  one of the better mid size cooler

PSU: based on johnguru. it was one of the few top tier psu marker and one the best psu.. use this to get the idea, what the correct watt to buy, https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

Also do take note of the PSU efficiency. for me gold is the best, even when titanium psu is much more efficiency, the it will take me over 12yr just save that $80

Casing: first choice was Lian-Li Lancool II Mesh but it was not available in SG market, 2nd choice PURE BASE 500DX, able to have 5 of 14cm fans in 4 fans (with dust filter)  in with 1 fan out (no dust filter), enough space for big gpu, big psu and tall cpu heatsink.
