i usually mix rye flour with bread flour but not doing full rye dough very hard to work with nua nua niam niam one. 

rye mix after bake smell so much nicer than wheat mix.

The second one has broken rye and wheat, plus rye + wheat flour. Should be okay - not like full rye

 

The ones with rye and a bit of texture from teh chunked whole grain makes it great to eat with soup and gravy
