I would say we made smart signings so far Andrey Santos: Brazil u21 captain. Lots of potential and leadership qualities. Chelsea fans are throwing a hissy fit over his departure so it means something Tielemens: Belgian captain, one of the best deep lying playmakers in PL. Good range of passing which our current players don’t have. Can step in for Mainoo if the going gets tough and good leader in the dressing room. His slow style of play means he can last longer in his career as he loses his physical attributes. Karl Darlow: much better than Bayindir and Onana. Helps to meet UCL HG registration quota All for 85m so far. I don’t know why people want us to spend: 85m on a twice relegated midfielder who is clearly motivated by money 100m on a midfielder with gambling issues and talks about wanting to go back to Milan every year I say we chill for now. Finally have a few football guys, but the squad got a lot of the nonsense they spent money on without thinking.
