they finished 2nd 3 times but point difference too far apart even after point deduction. 2012/13 is only chance 

Arsenal & Liverpool on the other hand finish 2nd with few points difference which most likely award them titles. 
Gerrard will get his PL and Klopp will win 2 more PL.
