Cause(s):
Required assembly (e.g. dll) has not been installed or a different version has been installed.

Solution(s):
Install or reinstalled the required assembly. If the exact version of the assembly is no longer available, you can locate the information of the version installed via power shell.

1. Locate the full path of the assembly (search C:\Windows\assembly if you are not sure)
2. Open windows power shell
3. Enter ([system.reflection.assembly]::loadfile("< ASSEMBLY FULL PATH >")).FullName
4. Update your web.config with the version information.
