Jail for maid who mixed her menstrual blood and other bodily fluids into family's food and water

SINGAPORE - An Indonesian maid working for a family in Punggol purposely tainted their drinking water and rice with her urine, saliva and menstrual blood, a district court heard on Monday (Jan 13).

The family ended up consuming the contaminated items.

Diana, who goes by only one name, believed that by drinking the water, they would agree with whatever she did and would not scold her over her performance.

Now we doing cook about 3 times a week but really too busy and tired to sustain hence been looking at options

 self sustaining tips.

always cook in bulk, and once the food is cool down, put it in serving size of 2 person on a food container then freeze it.

when you need to eat, just take out 1 food container (which is 2 serving size) then let it thaw overnight in the lower part of the fridge for 24hr. then either steam it or oven it

simple, healthy homecook food
