this damn nice. but 200W only.

my MITX supports SFF PSU, also uncommon.

for cheapest ITX solution , get those like coolermaster that supports normal ATX PSU. slightly bigger in size but less headaches.

Prices from Tradepac / PC Themes for reference

CASE: MITX

looks are subjective. for cheapest local goods, coolermaster 130 $78

GPU:

If get 1060 must be 6GB.

Zotac GTX1060 $339

CPU + ITX Motherboard:

i5 unless u are going high end processing work, high end gaming, particular about benchmark.

i5 8400 is sufficient, not worth extra quids for 8600K. both Coffee Lake.

i5 8400 + Asrock H310M-ITX AC $456
https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/H310M-ITXac/index.asp#Overview

Full Solid Caps. ELNA audio caps. Built in Wifi AC.

PSU: No need to go high wattage. 500W more than enough if rated 80+ Gold and above.

Silverstone ET550-HG

If insist to go modular to save cable management, can go for Coolermaster V850 Modular $149 (7 years warranty)

SSD: Main OS must be SSD period. If not dont bother to buy a new PC.

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD $144

WLAN: Built-in, if not any TP-link cheap will do. Its the router performance and placement of both router and WLAN that makes the difference.

RAM:

MITX mobo usually has 2 ram slots only. for this plan wisely.

fuss free ram just go with kingston for reliability, unless doing overclocking.

8GB is more than enough unless opening tons of chrome tabs or doing processing. if games say need more than 8GB then go for 16GB.

Dont buy 4GB x 2. waste ram slot.

kingston DDR4 8GB $99
kingston DDR4 16GB $215

CD-DRIVE: Its 2019, not sure what this is for. any one will work.

COOLING FAN: If not doing any special overclocking, not much to do with M-ITX setup. Just go with stock.

Alternatively you can go for AMD Ryzen.

Motherboard Asrock AB350 Gaming ITX / AC + Ryzen 5 2600x $498

Ryzen 2600x perfroms better then i5 8400 and its overclock-able

Which brings a total of $1395 with the above options
