In sg it is very difficult to sustain this meal because either very difficult to dabao or ingredients very expensive. So best to improvise.

A very good way to begin is to cut off all sugar i.e. soft drinks ice cream and switch from regular kopi to kopi o kosong and teh o kosong.

Need to identify food categories first. Its also about making informed food choices

All veggies - fibre, mix of carb and proteins

Sweet potato, yam - complex carbs

Eggs - low glycemic index and low in calories. Great for weight loss

Meat/Seafood - protein.. Prawns, crabs and lobsters are high in cholesterol, so avoid if you have high cholesterol levels - same for deep fried foods

Bread / noodles / potatoes and deep fry foods are refined carbs. Only exception is ramen/soba/udon and bread that are gluten free and won't raise your blood sugars. (depends on method of making bread)

Even fruits come in low, medium and high carb based on sugar level.

Yogurt is healthy but don't go for low fat. Go full fat / greek yogurt or those without preservatives (pure sour milk)

19 minutes ago, Camper said:

What works for me best was all veg with lots of oil and pork lard.

Can also buy beef stir fry it with some veg and lots of oil.

3 days will see weight loss, very good bowel movement and overall increased energy level ?

Steamed/blanched/raw and lightly fried veggies also works.

Zucchini can replace spaghetti too
