It wasn't until May 2025 that the defendant sent messages to the girl, asking if she wanted to resume contact. After she agreed, the two began dating hand in hand.

On June 10 last year, the two confirmed their relationship.

Two days later, at 7 p.m. on June 12, the two went to Yifeng City for a heart-to-heart talk. During this time, the defendant talked about his sexual experiences with his ex-girlfriend. After hearing this, the girl innocently said she wanted to try it too.

Afterwards, the defendant took the girl to a nursery on the second floor of the mall and had sex with her there.

More than two months later, the girl's teacher discovered her relationship with the defendant and informed her mother.

The girl's mother then took her to Zhujiao Maternal and Child Hospital for examination, where she was shocked to discover that the girl had a hidden pregnancy. She had no choice but to have an abortion in early September, and the fetus was later confirmed to be the defendant's flesh and blood. After the abortion, the girl needed multiple follow-up visits, with total medical expenses totaling 1,120 yuan.

When pleading, the defendant simply admitted his mistake and was willing to compensate the girl's medical expenses.

The judge ultimately sentenced him to 15 months in prison.
