Stomper Lut Shashi Raj (@lutshashi) alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a photo he posted on his Instagram of a police tent on a ramp leading to the building's carpark. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Lut Shashi Raj (@lutshashi) In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to a call for assistance along Jalan Besar at 9.35pm. "A 24-year-old woman was found lying motionless at the said location and was pronounced dead at scene by an SCDF paramedic," a police spokesman said.
