Solution(s): Install or reinstalled the required assembly. If the exact version of the assembly is no longer available, you can locate the information of the version installed via power shell. Locate the full path of the assembly (search C:\Windows\assembly if you are not sure) Open windows power shell Enter ([system.reflection.assembly]::loadfile("< ASSEMBLY FULL PATH >")).FullName Update your web.config with the version information.
