  1. Mass COVID-19 vaccination is a deadly and unscientific policy that will cause surge in cancer rates, warns pathologist 05/09/2022 / By Arsenio Toledo America’s mass Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination programs are poor and unscientific policy decisions that will lead to surges in cancer rates among the vaccinated. This is according to Dr. Ryan Cole, a board-certified and expert pathologist trained at the Mayo Clinic. Cole was among the first physicians in the United States to openly warn about how the COVID-19 vaccines may be associated with serious health risks, such as an elevated risk of developing cancer, which he observed in his patients. (Related: COVID-19 mass vaccination programs violate bioethics principles.) During an interview with journalist Veronika Kyrylenko of the New American, Cole said the mRNA in COVID-19 vaccines suppresses the immune system and “all sorts of cell cycle pathways.” Cole explained that cells have “little pattern receptors” that are responsible for communicating with the immune system. The mRNA in COVID-19 vaccines downregulates these cells – meaning the number of surface receptors they have decreases. When more and more of a vaccinated person’s cells experience downregulation due to the mRNA in the COVID-19 vaccines, their risk of cancer spikes upward. “A couple of these downregulated receptors are responsible for keeping cancer in check,” said Cole. This is just one way the COVID-19 vaccines are responsible for increasing cancer ratesamong the fully vaccinated. Cole further explained that the spike proteins in the COVID-19 vaccines can bind to the body’s genes, including several genes that are related to cancer and tumors For example, when the spike proteins bind to P53 genes, a family of genes known as tumor suppressor genes, a person’s risk of developing cancerous tumors increases. When the spike proteins bind to BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, the risk of women developing breast or ovarian cancer increases. “So, that’s just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what the spike protein can do,” warned Cole. “The other huge problem is the fact – and this was a study out of [Stanford University] … in the journal Cell – the synthetic mRNA can persist in the body, we know, for at least 60 days. That’s the point at which they stopped their study so they could publish.” COVID-19 vaccines alter the immune system At every opportunity that is available to him, Cole speaks out against the COVID-19 vaccines and about how they are responsible for the alarming uptick in cancers that the U.S. is currently experiencing. “We’re seeing an alteration of the innate immune response,” said Cole. He added that scientists all over America are also witnessing this and that the uptick in these strange immune responses coincides with the rollouts of COVID-19 vaccines. Some of the strange medical phenomena Cole has witnessed include the appearance of a childhood disease in adults and the uptick in rare cancers. All of his observations have also been echoed by other physicians, but rigorous studies are not being conducted because of a lack of funding and because mainstream scientific institutions are unwilling to study these phenomena. “You cannot find that for which you do not look,” he said. 3. SINGAPORE: The limit on group sizes for social gatherings will be increased from two to five people from Jun 14, as Singapore begins to ease restrictions after a fall in the number of COVID-19 community cases. Similarly, five distinct visitors per household daily will be allowed. Social gatherings should be limited to no more than two a day, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) on Thursday (Jun 10). This is the first step in Singapore's plan to move back to Phase 3 (Heightened Alert) from Jun 14, the ministry announced. More restrictions will be eased in the second step from Jun 21, when dining in can resume if the COVID-19 situation remains under control in the coming weeks. On why dining-in will only be allowed later, co-chair of the COVID-19 multi-ministry task force Gan Kim Yong said that the Government wants to make sure that the situation is “stable” before allowing dining-in to resume. “Dining is considered a high-risk activity because masks are off,” he said during a press conference. F&B outlets must strictly observe at least 1m safe distancing between groups of diners of no more than five people, said MOH in a media release. “We will be significantly stepping up enforcement and will take firmer enforcement action for any breaches," it added. "Patrons are reminded to keep their masks on at all times, except when eating or drinking.” Full details Cap of 5 people for social gatherings from Jun 14 as COVID-19 cases fall; dining-in may resume on Jun 21 - CNA (channelnewsasia.com)
  4. 93 doctors sign letter urging government to hold off on vaccinating children https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/93-doctors-sign-letter-urging-goverment-to-hold-off-on-vaccinating-children/ 11 April 2021, 4:31 pm A group of 93 doctors have signed on to a letter urging the government to hold off on vaccinating children below the age of 16 until more is learned about the coronavirus and the inoculation’s impact. The letter comes against the backdrop of Pfizer’s request for emergency approval from the FDA to allow for the vaccination of 12- to 15-year-olds. In their letter, the doctors call for the continued vaccination of vulnerable populations and claim that it is still possible to fully reopen the economy even without vaccinating children who are less likely to become ill from the virus. “There must be a recognition that we do not understand everything about the virus, the vaccine against it and that the first commandment of medicine is first do no harm,” the doctors say. Among the letter’s signatories are Dr. Amir Shachar, emergency room director at Netanya’s Laniado Hospital, Dr. Yoav Yehezkeli, an expert in internal medicine and a lecturer at Tel Aviv University, and Dr. Avi Mizrahi, intensive care unit director at Rehovot’s Kaplan Medical Center.

  6. UK's health chiefs today recommended AstraZeneca's vaccine shouldn't be given to under-30s because of its link to potentially deadly blood clots. Britons were once again left with a raft of questions over the safety of AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine after health chiefs today recommended it should not be given to under-30s because of its link to potentially deadly blood clots. No10's jab advisory panel says healthy people aged 18 to 29 be offered either Pfizer or Moderna's vaccine instead, when the programme moves to younger groups in the coming months. The Government, opposition politicians and medical experts tonight rushed to shore up confidence in AstraZeneca's vaccine, insisting that it was safe and the benefits far outweighed any risks for the vast majority. Here MailOnline answers all of your questions about AstraZeneca's jab, revealing why it is safe for you to still get your second dose and what the alternatives are for under-30s. The EMA, which polices the safety of drugs used on the continent, spotted 169 cases of cerebral vein thrombosis (CVST) and 53 cases of splanchnic vein thrombosis (SVT), from 34million jabs. CVST occurs when a vein that drains blood from the brain is blocked by a clot. It can lead to a stroke. SVT is the same type of blood clot but it occurs in the digestive system WHAT HAS HAPPENED? The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has advised that healthy adults aged 18-29 are offered an alternative vaccine to the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab, if available. The recommendation follows a review by the UK’s medicines regulator, the MHRA, which found there was a ‘strong possibility’ that very rare blood clots, known as cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), could be caused by the vaccine. Dr June Raine, chief executive of the MHRA, yesterday said the possible side effect was ‘extremely rare’, while the balance of benefits from having the jab are ‘still very favourable for the majority of people’. However, for healthy younger adults, for which the risk from coronavirus is far lower, it is more ‘finely balanced’. read the rest https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9446173/Covid-19-UK-Ive-AstraZeneca-jab.html

  8. SARS-CoV-2 variants with E484K mutation show mRNA vaccine-induced antibody evasion By Jocelyn Solis-MoreiraMar 18 2021 A recent study by researchers in Switzerland, China and the UK found that the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine had limited efficacy in identifying mutated receptor-binding domains (RBDs) of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike protein similar to the B.1.351 and P.1 variants. The B.1.351 variant was first detected in South Africa, and the P.1 variant in Brazil. Both variants have the E484K mutation, which decreases the neutralizing antibody response produced by vaccines, monoclonal antibody therapies, convalescent plasma, and natural infection. 9. $13.8 billion spent by Singapore Govt on Covid-19 response operations https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/politics/138-billion-spent-by-govt-on-covid-19-response-operations?utm_campaign=stfb&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook&fbclid=IwAR1goM2oLHr61nySRH9il0RDqlK9y423tN84Uamid9E-QQELH9iuNo-j8tU Lim Min Zhang Published 4 hours ago SINGAPORE - A total of $13.8 billion was allocated for Covid-19 response operations by the Government in last year's budget, including $10 billion for medical and emergency operations and supplies, said Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat on Monday (Feb 1). In a written reply to a question filed by Non-Constituency MP Leong Mun Wai, Mr Heng said the $10 billion was for expenditure that included the expansion of testing capacity, clinical management of Covid-19 patients, and for building contact tracing capabilities. The sum, allocated to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, was also used to secure critical medical and emergency supplies such as personal protective equipment. Mr Leong asked for a breakdown of the 2020 Budget for items that total $100 million and above, as well as for the ministries and contractors involved in these expenditures. Mr Heng, who is also Finance Minister, said a further $2.9 billion was set aside for the Ministry of National Development to set up and operate quarantine and dedicated stay-home notice facilities. This sum was also used to build new dormitories for foreign workers to reduce the population density and spread of infection. Another $900 million was given to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to manage the Covid-19 outbreak in dormitories. The total sum of $13.8 billion given to these four ministries was part of the $97.3 billion the Government committed over five Budgets last year to support the economy and society in fighting the pandemic, said Mr Heng. Up to $52 billion was drawn from the reserves. More than 85 per cent of the $97.3 billion comprised direct transfers, grants and loans to eligible individuals, businesses and households, such as the Jobs Support Scheme - which gives employers wage offsets - and the Solidarity Payment, which gave all adult Singaporeans $600 in cash. For medical and emergency supplies, Mr Heng said 10 agencies awarded contracts to more than 100 suppliers for the provision of equipment and services. For Covid-19-related facilities such as quarantine facilities, temporary housing for migrant workers, as well as transport arrangements, 13 agencies engaged more than 150 supplies for their services. The MOM also awarded contracts to more than 150 suppliers to provide food and telecommunications, among other things, to manage the impact of the outbreak in dormitories. Mr Heng said that the unprecedented nature of the pandemic and global shortages meant there was a need to act swiftly in procuring goods and services. "Agencies took care to engage suppliers and evaluate them on who could best meet the requirements while offering value for money. This includes using established contracts as well as establishing new links to diversify and secure emergency supplies that were in short supply globally," he added.

  15. MOH probing 13 Covid-19 cases who served SHN at Mandarin Orchard hotel SINGAPORE - Thirteen people, who had been classified as imported cases when they were confirmed to have Covid-19 last month and had served their stay-home notices (SHN) at the Mandarin Orchard Singapore hotel, may have been infected after they arrived here. The incident has also resulted in all hotel guests being progressively checked out of Mandarin Orchard, about 500 staff being tested for Covid-19, and the hotel being deep-cleaned and disinfected. But experts said the matter is unlikely to spark a wave of infections here, given that more than a month has passed since they were confirmed to have Covid-19. That would have been enough for two incubation periods of 14 days each. The reason the 13 people are suspected to have been infected here is that they had flown in from 10 different countries – such as the United States, South Korea, Britain, the Philippines and Bahrain – but have been infected by coronavirus strains that have “high genetic similarity”, implying that the infections may have come from one source. The 13 guests had also all served their SHN in the same tower of the hotel between Oct 22 and Nov 11, and were confirmed to have Covid-19 between Nov 2 and 11. In a joint statement on Saturday (Dec 19), the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Singapore Tourism Board said: “This suggests that these cases were likely infected from a similar source.” Singapore routinely carries out genome sequencing and phylogenetic analysis of the virus – which tracks the family tree of the virus – from all confirmed cases. This normally takes about four weeks. Once the link between the 13 cases surfaced, the MOH looked deeper into the situation to see if transmission could have occurred locally, instead of these people being infected before arriving here. The authorities said: “From MOH’s preliminary investigations, we cannot exclude that transmissions could have occurred at Mandarin Orchard Singapore.” 'Remote chance' of Mandarin Orchard's staycation guests infected during stay: Expert | THE BIG STORY Genome sequencing and analysis are continuing for cases beyond Nov 11, they added. MOH said it will test all others who are currently serving SHN at the Mandarin Orchard for Covid-19 infection, instead of waiting to do the test towards the end of their 14 days of SHN. Most have been tested. It is also asking all guests who had stayed at the hotel since Nov 11 to monitor their health closely for 14 days from their last date of stay. They should see a doctor if they develop symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever and loss of taste or smell. Mandarin Orchard Singapore has made arrangements to progressively check out existing guests. PHOTO: ST FILE Although people serving SHN were housed in the 446 rooms on 28 floors of the main tower of the hotel – which is segregated from the other tower, called the Orchard Wing – the hotel said it will check everyone out by Sunday as a precaution. The Mandarin Orchard incident comes even as Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong recently announced that Singapore will further ease Covid-19 measures from Dec 28, due to the low rate of local transmission here. This includes allowing eight people to dine out together, up from the current five. Associate Professor Alex Cook of the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, who specialises in biostatistics and modelling, does not think the possible spread of the virus at Mandarin Orchard would derail this. He said: “I’d be surprised if there was substantial undetected local spread between then and now.” Have you been affected by Mandarin Orchard's closure? 21. SINGAPORE — Three more public places visited by confirmed COVID-19 cases in Jurong West and Bukit Panjang were listed by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday (27 May). The MOH said the cases had visited Block 505 market and food centre in Jurong West, Fairprice Finest in Bukit Panjang Plaza and NTUC Fairprice in Hillion Mall. The cases had visited the market and food centre on 17 May and 25 May, and the two supermarkets on 24 May. The MOH advised persons who had been at the market and food centre from 9am to 930am on 17 May and 11am to 12pm on 25 May, the Fairprice outlet in Bukit Panjang Plaza at 12pm to 1230pm on 24 May and the Fairprice outlet in Hillion Mall from 1230pm to 1pm on 24 May to monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit. They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms such as cough, sore throat and runny nose, as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.
