Chiu get to doing 10-15 reps of high intensity + rest. Use a heart rate tracker. Select a target heart rate range, get there, stay there. If chiu can do lateral runs for 30min means you welly fit already Is supposed to be high intensity .. 1min short run/lunge tough ground, and back followed by 1 min rest or low intensity stuff. 20mins can complete 10mins of actual laterals .. while your heart rate remains elevated. 3 - 4 metres is more than enough liao. If you doing only running, then is diagonals .. you speed up on the diagonals then run slower on the perimeter to recover.
